Be Global is part of Easy Consult and BICA group of companies – leading Workforce Management companies offering flexible solutions in Recruitment and Workforce Management. Established in 2018, Be Global is a licensed agency specializing in International Mobility and Migration, with a primary focus on attracting and hiring talent from abroad.

 

Our mission is to be a bridge to Bulgaria for Bulgarians and individuals of Bulgarian origin living abroad, as well as for candidates from third countries who wish to live and work in Bulgaria, providing them with access to quality employment opportunities and a better quality of life. From connecting them with the right employers to supporting them in document legalization, we simplify their access to the Bulgarian labor market and a prosperous future.

At the same time, we support established Bulgarian companies offering competitive working conditions to find qualified talent from Ukraine, Moldova, and third countries outside the EU, including Asia (India, Nepal, Uzbekistan). Our partners in these regions, including Ukraine, Moldova, Nepal, India, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan, are experienced organizations with deep knowledge and years of experience and expertise in the specific needs of these regions.  Since 2018, we are proud to successfully have hired over 3,000 employees in Bulgaria from non-EU countries, contributing positively to the development and growth of the local labor market.
